I had a very good experience with storing my baggage for a few hours in Florence. The service was good, quick and friendly. The bags are stored in a room adjacent to the reception. The hotel is in the 3rd floor with a very narrow elevator and did not face any issues.

It was the confirmation email that I didn't get (first time); then internet access was problematic: so it became unnecessarily stressful. Ironically, when I did get a connection, I was stood outside waiting for the bot/help to engage to get the address!!! However, none of the waiters of the restaurant bothered to come over to me waiting outside and offered to get my details up on screen!
Everyone was very helpful and the process was simple and quick.
